I cant get enough of Cape Town. You are just surrounded by eye opening beauty everwhere. There is a stigma in South Africa about security but what we found is that as long as you are sensible and dont wave wads of cash around you are fine. We certainly didnt have any trouble while we were there.

Definite places to check out while you are in Capet Town are: Clifton Beach/ Boulders Beach/ Sundowners at Camps Bay and Penguins at Boulder BEach.
